Gavin appeared at the Brown Thomas Fashion Show last Thursday, leading the male celeb models down the catwalk. He crouched down at the end to open his flies and revealed a long inflatable copy of the ‘Dublin Spire’, a needle-like monument on Dublin’s O’Connell Street.
Callers to the Joe Duffy show (RTE radio) on Friday morning complained Gavin’s behaviour was ‘lewd and disgusting’. In response, Gavin stated he was ‘only taking the mickey!’
One caller suggested Gavin was, of course, wearing more clothes than most of the female models at the show.
